Jr. Beginner • Age: 5-6
This introductory gymnastics class exposes the gymnast to the basic elements of strength, flexibility and balance while giving the a taste of the ins and outs of life on the flip side. Class meets for 1 hour once per week. Cost – $90/month.
Beginner • Age: 7-11
This introductory gymnastics class exposes the gymnast to the basic elements of strength, flexibility and balance while giving the a taste of the ins and outs of life on the flip side. Class meets for 1 hour once per week. Cost – $90/month.
Adv. Beginner • Age: 6-11
This gymnastics class builds on the concepts introduced in the Beginner and expands on the concepts of strength, flexibility and balance. Class meets for 1 hour and 15 minutes once per week. Cost – $100/month.
Intermediate • Age: 7-11
This class continues to build on the foundation laid out in the beginner programs but will start to focus more on technique as more advanced gymnastics skills are introduced. Class meets once per week for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cost – $110/month
Adv. Intermediate • Age: 7-11
This class emphasizes body control and increased spatial awareness as gymnastics combinations and the beginnings of routines are introduced. Self motivation and discipline become emerging concepts that are nurtured at this level. Class meets once per week for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Cost – $110/month.
Middle/High School • Age: 11-18
This class prepares gymnasts for their middle and high school teams. It focuses on skills and combinations that are required for competition in VHSL sponsored events. Class meets for 2 hours each night. Athletes are encouraged to enroll for 2 days/week. Discount of 25% applies to multi-day enrollment. Cost – $120/month for single day enrollment.
